Jennifer Dedman became managing director in 2009, and the company later opened an office in Hampton Hill where customers can arrange to discuss a job or project.

The company gives free estimates for new boilers and bathroom refurbishments. For other work it says customers receive an estimated cost before booking, together with transparent pricing and a two-hour arrival window.
