About Xtend Homes
Xtend Homes is a London building company offering home renovations, extensions and conversions. It was established in 2013; its team has worked in the building trade since 2002. Projects include kitchens, bathrooms, lofts, garages, basements, annexes and outbuildings.
The company provides design and build support, including drawings, planning and building control applications, estimates and construction. A project manager and site manager oversee the work, with progress, schedules and changes shared through its online system.
Clients discuss the project in an initial visit, review concepts and costs, and agree a build contract before work starts. Xtend Homes states that it provides a 10-year guarantee for structural defects and delta membrane waterproofing.

What customers say
I had been putting off the difficult decision of how best to extend the side of my house for some time but Chet’s advice and tips gave me the confidence to go ahead with a final design.
They work quickly and efficiently but with an attention to detail – My en-suite side extension looks amazing - Chet has the rare combination of being able to buy materials efficiently as well as project manage effectively.
Chet and his team were great and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Our garage conversion came in on budget and completed on time with a very small snagging list which was very promptly dealt with.
