About William Richards Sash Windows Ltd
William Richards Sash Windows is a family-owned timber window and door business established in 1984. It makes and installs timber sash and casement windows and entrance doors, and offers sash window draught sealing, overhauls, repairs and secondary glazing for homes and commercial sites.
The company grew from William Partridge’s woodworking and joinery work. Its specialist team includes bench joiners, machinists, glaziers, finishers and installers. Technical surveyors assess and design windows and doors to suit each property; customers can choose details such as glazing bars, mouldings and finishes.
Installation managers monitor project progress and quality. For sash work inside the home, the team says it protects floors and furnishings. The company offers guarantees for its products and services. Commercial projects can include a site survey, quotation, regular progress updates and an after-sales care package.
