About Viva Contracts
Viva Contracts provides building and renovation work, specialising in extensions and loft conversions. It also offers garage conversions, conservatories, windows, doors and double glazing repairs, with supply and installation or supply-only options listed for several services.
The company has over 29 years’ experience in the construction industry. It offers a design and build service, and says its operatives can read drawings and work to a timescale. The company also undertakes building control applications and design advice.
Employees hold CSCS cards, NVQs and CAA accreditation in their trades. Viva Contracts says it is a member of the Federation of Master Builders and is registered with TrustMark and Buildassure. It offers labour-only day work or supply-and-fix pricing, and says it removes waste in line with local authority rules.
