Victorian Lofts & Construction Ltd
Loft conversions, extensions and refurbishments in North London
About Victorian Lofts & Construction Ltd
Victorian Lofts & Construction converts lofts and builds house extensions in London. Its work includes single-storey and two-storey extensions, loft rooms for bedrooms, studies and home offices, and full or partial property refurbishments and restoration.
The company has more than ten years of experience with loft conversions and renovations. Its small, organised team includes specialist trades and a site manager who supervises extension projects and answers clients’ questions. Customers deal directly with the company throughout the project.
A free visit is used to survey the property, discuss options and record the customer’s requirements. The company then provides a free, no-obligation quotation. It advises on planning and approvals, coordinates the structural and building stages, and offers a ten-year guarantee on its projects.
Kitchen and bathroom fitting, carpentry and joinery are also offered. Carpentry work includes doors and windows, fitted furniture, stairs, floors, cupboards and shelving. The company says loft conversions usually take four to six weeks and extensions six to twelve weeks, depending on the project.
