Urbane Design London Basements

Urbane Design London Basements is an architect-led practice specialising in basement design and conversions across London. It has completed projects across the capital for more than ten years, working with structural engineers, party wall and quantity surveyors, ground workers and waterproofing specialists.

The practice assesses a property’s potential and develops a design brief with the homeowner. Its services can include feasibility design, planning applications, tender documents and construction-stage support. Clients can choose a fully managed service or select individual stages to suit their project and budget.

For fully managed projects, the practice coordinates the work, arranges regular site visits and checks progress against the contract drawings. Its basement designs include spaces such as home offices, gyms, spare bedrooms, cinemas and swimming pools.
