Basement construction and waterproofing across London and the South East
About Universal Basement Waterproofing Ltd
Universal Basement Waterproofing carries out basement construction, cellar conversions and below-ground waterproofing for homes and commercial properties. It installs structural waterproofing and sump-pump systems, undertakes damp-proofing work and provides waterproofing surveys.
The company is part of Universal Home Building. It says it has more than 50 years of experience and works with systems from Delta, KÖSTER and Sika. Its surveyors assess a property and recommend a system suited to the building and ground conditions.
The company manages projects from survey and quotation through installation, with technical assistance, project management and on-site support. It says completed domestic and commercial waterproofing works receive a free 10-year installation and product warranty; an insurance-backed warranty is also available.
