About Tom plumb
Tom Plumb is a Richmond plumbing and heating business specialising in heat pumps and underfloor heating. It installs and repairs air source and ground source heat pumps, works on boilers, and undertakes general plumbing and bathroom installation. The team serves residential and commercial customers in Richmond and nearby areas.
Tom, Stuart and Darek make up the team described in the company text. Stuart is qualified and experienced, while Darek joined full time after an apprenticeship. The company says it takes time to explain options in plain language and considers alternatives before recommending work.
Heat pump projects start with a survey covering heat loss, heating demand, the property and installation logistics. The company provides cost and energy projections before work begins, then offers installation, servicing and maintenance training, support and advice. It is an Elite installer with Heat Geek.
