Property maintenance and refurbishment across London and Hertfordshire
About Tom Harvey Property Contractors
Tom Harvey Contractors provides property maintenance and refurbishment for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across London and Hertfordshire. Its services include decorating, flooring, kitchen and bathroom fitting, general repairs, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, cleaning and post-leak reinstatement. A handyman service covers small repairs, property refreshes and maintenance jobs.
Romualdas (Rom) founded the company after working in lettings. He leads a team of more than 20 skilled people and tradespeople, including decorators, carpet fitters, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and handymen. The company offers a single point of contact, itemised quotes, job updates and completion photos. It says quotes are normally sent within 48 hours.
Bathroom work ranges from full strip-out and refitting to bath-to-shower conversions and wet rooms, with labour-only or supply-and-fit options. The company states a 12-month workmanship warranty as standard and 24 months for projects over £10,000. It carries £5 million public liability insurance.

What customers say
We've worked with Rom and the team in two large projects, back in 2019 and now in 2023. They delivered a fantastic service, on schedule and with a competitive price. Highly recommend!
Tom Harvey team just completed decorating my flat. Impressed with how professional both Arturas and Rom were — from communication, quote to completion.
Moved into an older flat and had Tom Harvey install new lights, then recently again to fix water damage in the bathroom and kitchen.
