About TipTop Contractors LTD
TipTop Contractors undertakes residential and commercial building work in North London. It offers new builds, extensions, loft conversions, whole-home renovation and general building work, alongside kitchens, flooring, plastering and architectural design services.
The company says it oversees projects from planning through completion. Its process covers consultation and quotation, agreeing scope and permits, preparation, construction and finishing. Owner Nick says he personally oversees each job, coordinates workers onsite and acts as the main contact for questions and updates.

What customers say
Nick and his team have done a really great job! We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the various tradespeople, Nick has a talent for finding people who know their stuff.
The top line summary is that Nick and his team did a fantastic job. The GF of our 3B semi with existing extension was all open plan. Works incl. Creating a separate lounge, open plan kitchen/diner, removing structural walls, new flat roof, new patio, external drainage and timber sleeper retaining wall.
Nick and his team completed the second full house refurbishment project for me within 1 year. They have fully gutted out the house, knocked down the walls, removed the chimney breast, and installed a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, re-wiring, re-plumbing, plastering, painting and tiling of the patio area.
