Founder Tim Dolton has been plumbing for 14 years and says the business has grown since 2012. The company offers free advice and quotations, explains options and pricing before work, and aims to respond quickly to emergencies. It also undertakes property management work, including painting and decorating, kitchens and minor building projects.

The company says its engineers are Gas Safe registered, City & Guilds qualified and Worcester Bosch accredited, and that it holds public liability insurance. The home page states a two-year guarantee on all work, while the heating page describes a one-year workmanship guarantee; boiler installations can carry extended manufacturer warranties. Coverage includes Kingston upon Thames and named towns across South West London, South London and North Surrey.
