Timotal Construction Ltd

Timotal Construction was founded by Costel Timofte, who has 20 years of experience. The company works on loft conversions, house extensions and home refurbishments, as well as kitchen and bathroom renovations. Refurbishment work can include building, joinery, plastering, decorating and painting; it also lists flooring and fencing services.

For loft conversions, the company offers design and build, and can advise on dormer or roof-window options. Its process starts with a project discussion and proposal based on supplied or in-house designs. After a quote is agreed, it liaises with building control and party wall surveyors, prepares site tradespeople and manages construction stages to a project plan.

The company says it obtains relevant completion approval and certification and offers a 10-year warranty. Its tiling service includes advice on tile choice and help with restoration, sealing and polishing.
