Thorsen Joinery

Klaus Thorsen runs Thorsen Joinery as an independent carpenter and joiner in North London. He brings over 20 years of experience, particularly in high-spec residential refurbishments, bespoke kitchen design and build, and yacht fitting.

His specialities include fitted alcove storage and shelving, built-in wardrobes, bespoke kitchens, new window shutters, CNC cutting and spray painting. He works with clients to agree the requirements and price before starting, and offers an initial on-site consultation and no-obligation quote.

After a discussion about the job, Klaus can visit the property, review drawings or photographs and provide a quotation. He works with clients to arrange materials and allows for lead-in times; waste can be removed by the client or by him.

He says he takes care of the home and furniture, keeps the work area clean and aims to resolve any problem with completed work. For larger jobs he provides the expected timescale, while noting that his calendar is often booked several months ahead.
