The Richmond Handyman

Stephen Lynch is a handyman with more than 20 years' experience in the building trade. He takes on household maintenance and odd jobs, including flatpack assembly, decking, fencing, painting, tiling and replacing silicone sealant.

His listed plumbing work includes fixing leaks, installing washing machines and unblocking sinks. He also fits lights and extractor fans, replaces transformers, mounts TVs, fits wardrobes and hangs pictures and curtains. Customers can call or email to discuss a job. His weekday rate is £40 for the first half-hour, then £20 for each following half-hour; there is no call-out fee. Materials, rubbish disposal, parking and congestion fees are extra.
