The Market Design and Build
Design and build for extensions and refurbishments in London
About The Market Design and Build
The Market Design and Build (TMDB) manages house extensions, loft conversions, new builds, roofing and full house refurbishments in London and surrounding areas. It offers an end-to-end service from consultation and design through construction, with a project manager and foreman assigned to each build.
The company’s work includes single- and double-storey extensions, side returns, loft conversions and new homes. Its in-house design team can prepare planning and building-regulations drawings, structural calculations, tender documents and project plans. TMDB says it provides itemised pricing, timelines and exclusions before construction.
TMDB states that it offers a two-year defect liability period and a 10-year structural and roofing warranty.
