The Loft Room
Loft conversion specialists based in Teddington
About The Loft Room
The Loft Room specialises in loft conversions across London and the South of England. The family-run company manages projects from plans and design through construction, decoration and final inspection, with a dedicated team leader overseeing the build. Its conversions create bedrooms, home offices and other living spaces, with options including dormer, hip-to-gable, Velux and mansard designs.
The business was founded and is managed by two carpenters with more than 30 years’ experience. It arranges free consultations and quotations, works with recommended architects and structural engineers, and keeps clients updated during the build. The company says a standard conversion can take around eight weeks and that work is carried out mainly from external scaffolding to limit disruption.
The Loft Room is based in Teddington and serves Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Middlesex and South West London. It says all work is covered by a 10-year guarantee and that it is a full member of the Federation of Master Builders. A senior team leader and quality-control team check progress and completion before handover.

What customers say
Paul and his team converted the loft in our Victorian terrace around a year ago. They were all very Professional and courteous throughout the whole build process and we now have a wonderful loft bedroom with a very spacious en-suite finished to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them.
The conversion process was honestly stress-free. The quality and speed of the build were amazing, and all the workers were excellent and considerate.
We love our conversion; it’s even better than we envisaged. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!
