The Loft Conversion Company

The Loft Conversion Company carries out loft conversions, extensions, new builds and refurbishments. Based in Hertfordshire, it primarily works across North London, Essex and Hertfordshire, and also takes on projects elsewhere in the UK. Director James has worked in construction since 1997, with more than 30 years of combined experience across the team.

The company says it uses its own skilled workforce rather than subcontractors. A visit can be arranged to discuss the project, review its portfolio and prepare a free, no-obligation quotation. Quotes set out the proposed work and specifications; customers receive a schedule of works and payment dates before the project starts.

The company says projects include plans, submissions to local authorities, building, plumbing and electrical work. A dedicated site manager oversees each job from start to finish. Works carry a 10-year structural guarantee, and final payment is due after completion, inspection by the building inspector and the customer’s approval.
