Loft conversion specialists based in Ealing
About The Loft Build Company
The Loft Build Company designs and builds loft conversions for homeowners across London and Surrey. Its work includes dormer, mansard, hip-to-gable, Velux and truss roof conversions, with layouts tailored to the property and household. Emmet runs the business day to day and is responsible for planning and scheduling.
The process starts with a home consultation, followed by design and a detailed quote. The planning team advises on approvals, while architects and structural engineers help shape the design. A dedicated team leader oversees construction, with regular visits and updates. At completion, the team provides a snagging list, removes scaffolding and leaves the site clean and tidy. The company aims to minimise disruption and can include energy-efficient options.
