The Kitchen and Loft Company Ltd
Loft conversions, kitchen extensions and renovations in West London
About The Kitchen and Loft Company Ltd
The Kitchen and Loft Company is a West London design and build company offering loft conversions, kitchen extensions and whole-house renovations. It has been delivering projects for over ten years and its teams have completed more than 100 loft conversions in the London area.
The company manages design, planning and construction. Loft conversion projects are not subcontracted, and its staff work with clients throughout the build. For kitchen extensions, it can help with design, planning and choosing fixtures and fittings; where clients stay at home, it may create a temporary kitchen in another room.
Its renovation teams work on Victorian, Edwardian and 1930s homes, managing projects through to handover. The company says whole-house renovation contracts have fixed prices. It also fits Wi-Fi controlled heating in every build, with Sonos and automated blinds among the technology installed on projects.
