Thames Design & Build is a residential design and construction company founded by Rob Allison in 2011. It works on home extensions, loft and garage conversions, renovations and structural alterations across South West London and Surrey. Its team brings together architects, designers, project managers, site managers and tradespeople.
The company combines architectural design with construction, handling drawings and planning applications through to building work and project management. A site visit starts each project; the design team prepares plans and approvals, then provides a fixed-price quote. During construction, a dedicated site manager coordinates trades and keeps clients updated.
