TCS Screeding Limited

TCS Screeding provides floor screeding, underfloor heating, resin flooring and floor finishes for residential, commercial, industrial, leisure and healthcare projects. It works across the UK, with a focus on London and surrounding areas, and carries out the floor zone from preparation and insulation through to the finished floor.

The family-run company began trading in 2004 and reports completing more than 6,000 projects. Its in-house teams install engineered timber, luxury vinyl tile, carpet, carpet tiles, linoleum, sheet vinyl and rubber. Screeding options include traditional, polymer-modified, self-levelling, flowing and thin-section systems.

For underfloor heating, TCS offers CAD design, installation and a maintenance team for commissioning, checks and repairs, including accidental damage. Flushing and dosing are also available. The company says its trained workforce installs screeds to British Standards and manufacturers’ instructions; manufacturer-backed warranties and guarantees are available on many systems.
