About Tailored Developments
Tailored Developments provides architectural design and planning, interior design, structural engineering, project management and construction for residential and commercial projects. Its residential work includes extensions, loft conversions, new builds and conversions. The team can join at the feasibility stage or take on a project already under way, including structural drawings, planning appeals and project takeovers.
For a full build, the company manages the construction under its own name, with its team and a consistent contractor. Its six-stage process covers feasibility, concept design, planning submission, technical design and Building Regulations, construction, then handover with project documentation. Specialist reports and consultants are identified and coordinated where required. The practice reports more than ten years of experience and over 100 projects delivered.
