About T&B Constructions
T&B Constructions undertakes home renovations, loft and garage conversions, extensions and general building work. It serves homeowners and landlords across London within the M25, and says it has decades of experience with building control approvals and planning permission.
The company works with architects and includes project management in its quotes. Pricing is itemised, receipts can be provided, and customers may buy their own materials. Its work includes new builds, basement, flat and HMO conversions, kitchen and bathroom fitting, plumbing, roofing and other home improvement trades.
For occupied homes, the company says it cleans up each day. Waste disposal and skip hire can be arranged. It describes an after-sales service and says customers can request visits to projects in progress or nearing completion, subject to the owner’s consent.

What customers say
Ricky is amazing. I have saved £££ thanks to Ricky's cost-saving advice on alternative building method. We went on holiday for a month and came back to a modernised house with an extra loft room! No sign of building work. He sticked to the time frame agreed and completed the work before initial deadline. Expectation exceeded.
We found Ricky through word of mouth. He has helped us repair a house with severe water damage, fitted 2 new bathrooms, changed a patio door and kitchen worktop, and completed a garage conversion to a high standard. My colleagues thought I hired a separate designer!
