About SW Chelsea Constructions
Founded in 2009, SW Chelsea works on residential and commercial refurbishment and new build projects. It offers construction from feasibility to completion, alongside planning and construction advice and a small works maintenance service.
Director Aleksander Prendi has more than 20 years’ experience in construction and began his career as a carpenter. He is directly involved in every project, and the company co-ordinates design teams and specialist trade contractors around the client’s brief.
The small works team provides free, no-obligation quotes and is on call around the clock. Listed work includes painting and decorating, carpentry, roofing, kitchen and bathroom installations, electrical and mechanical work, and drainage and external works.
