SV Roofing & Renovation Limited

SV Roofing & Renovation is a family-run business based in Kent, providing roofing and renovation work across the South East. Its roofing services include new installations, repairs, maintenance programmes, flat roofs, slating, tiling, fascias, soffits and guttering. It also takes on renovation projects, including painting and decorating, windows and doors, brickwork, repointing, rendering, plastering and woodwork.

Owner Shane Vinay says he has worked in roofing for over a decade, first as a subcontractor before forming the company. Customers can request a free, no-obligation estimate. The company says it keeps clients updated on progress each day and clears the work area of debris daily.

New roofs are covered by a workmanship and materials guarantee. The stated guarantee is 10 to 20 years for flat roofs and 10 to 15 years for pitched roofs, with an insurance-backed guarantee on new work. SV Roofing says it holds public liability insurance up to £5 million and employers’ liability insurance up to £10 million.
