Property renovation and refurbishment in London and the Midlands
About SV Projects | Refurbishment and Renovation services
SV Projects renovates and refurbishes homes and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, whole properties, extensions, garage and loft conversions, HMO conversions and offices. It also provides property maintenance, tiling and fire door installation.
Director Victor Navrotskyy has over 25 years of construction experience. The team includes employees and subcontractors, with named roles including a project manager, electrician, tiler, bathroom fitter, carpenter and joiner. The company says it has completed more than 140 jobs.
The process starts with a visit to assess the work and discuss requirements and budget. The team can assist with an architect, structural engineer or building control where needed, then provides a final quote after agreeing the specifications. Bathroom work carries a one-year warranty.
