About Sublime Property
Sublime Property carries out bathroom repairs, leak detection and bathroom refurbishments across South London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. Its leak work includes tracing hidden leaks in bathrooms, showers and pipework, then repairing the cause and restoring affected areas.
Bathroom work ranges from shower leaks, failed sealant, damaged grout and loose tiles to full refurbishments. The company also installs and refurbishes kitchens, with cabinet fitting, worktops, splashbacks and plumbing connections. Its location pages also list carpentry and joinery, flooring, tiling, decorating and full refurbishments.
Customers can send photos, a postcode and a short description by WhatsApp or email to request advice and a quote. The company says most enquiries receive a response the same day and that it offers warranties on workmanship and materials.

What customers say
Pawel installed a brand new bathroom for us including floor and wall tiling, plumbing, shelving, painting etc as seen in opening pictures on here. He was very efficient, good value for money and rectified problems that the previous company had created. We are extremely happy with his work and with the final result and would highly recommend him
In the end I went with Pawel from Sublime Property, after a friend recommended them, and I’m very glad I did. It was a reasonable quote, and he clearly knew his stuff, so felt very comfortable booking them in. They worked hard, quickly, and to a high standard...
Just had Sublime do a very good job of fixing up my bathroom after damp works had done a number on it, really very pleased with the finished results...
