Subam Constructions Ltd
Construction, renovation and home improvements based in Sutton
About Subam Constructions Ltd
Subam Constructions is based in Sutton and takes on construction, refurbishment and renovation work for homes and commercial properties. Its listed work includes new builds, extensions, conservatories, loft and garage conversions, electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, flooring, decorating and garden projects. The company says it coordinates trades as part of a turnkey service.
Work starts with a call and a site visit, followed by an itemised estimate and an agreed programme and payment schedule. The team says it helps identify potential problems before work begins, keeps clients updated during construction and agrees any extra work in writing first. A project manager and foreman meet clients before the construction phase.
At completion, the team carries out snagging if needed, tidies the site and removes waste and tools before handing over the property. The company states that workmanship has a one-year warranty, with a follow-up seven days after completion and an inspection at 16 weeks. It also says it hands over relevant certificates, guarantees and operating information.

Kumar and his team helped with my roof replacement which has a Valley in the front and a former at the back. The whole work was done to a high degree of standard.
We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of the complete renovation of my home that Subam Constructions Ltd carried out.
