Stapletech is an independently owned mechanical, electrical and building services contractor formed in 1993. It works across London and the South East for domestic, commercial and public-sector clients, including housing associations, local authorities and MOD sites.

Its engineers install and maintain heating systems, boilers, radiators, underfloor heating, plumbing and electrical systems. The company also provides gas safety testing, planned and responsive maintenance, ventilation servicing, Legionella risk assessments and water hygiene work, including tank cleaning and thermostatic mixing valve servicing.

Stapletech undertakes kitchen and bathroom replacements, energy-efficiency improvements and wider refurbishment programmes in occupied and void properties. It says its teams are DBS-checked and trained, and describes work from design and specification through installation, testing, commissioning and aftercare. Its water hygiene work includes risk assessments, monitoring, remedial works and compliance records.
