Southern Damp Proofing
Damp proofing and timber preservation in London and the South East
About Southern Damp Proofing
Southern Damp Proofing surveys and treats damp in homes and commercial properties. Its work includes rising and penetrating damp, condensation, basement tanking and waterproofing, dry and wet rot, woodworm, timber preservation and structural repairs.
Surveyors investigate the cause of damp before recommending treatment. The company offers free, no-obligation surveys and quotations, with reports and itemised estimates. Its teams carry out internal and external repairs, replace or remove damaged timber and plaster, and say they leave properties clean after treatment.
The company says it completes more than 200 jobs a year and offers guarantees of up to 25 years, with optional insurance-backed guarantees. It works on domestic and commercial properties, including homes, offices, schools and historic buildings.
