Solmaz Limited
Building, refurbishment and bespoke joinery in London
About Solmaz Limited
Solmaz Limited is a London-based building and refurbishment company, founded in 2003. It works with developers, landlords, architects and consultants on residential and commercial buildings across London and the South East, including homes, apartments, restaurants, offices and retail spaces.
Its construction and development work includes new builds, fit-outs, restoration and refurbishment. The company has worked on listed buildings, including projects involving façade retention, underpinning and roof extensions, and has completed projects for restaurants, showrooms and commercial offices.
A separate joinery and carpentry unit makes bespoke products for the company’s projects and clients. Its workshop produces items from hand-crafted furniture to office installations and shop fittings, with finishing available through an in-house spray shop. Solmaz also provides property and land sourcing, planning and project consultancy services.
