Smart Group – Rope Access Services

Smart Group Rope Access Services provides industrial abseiling for building maintenance and cleaning where access is difficult. Its stated work includes window cleaning, façade cleaning, roof cleaning and repair, bird control, glazing, brick and masonry restoration, pest control, inspection, decoration and repair.

The company says its technicians are trained and certified in rope access and follow IRATA safety guidelines. It uses rope access to reach high or overhanging parts of residential and commercial buildings, including windows and roofs, and says this can avoid scaffolding. Free surveys are available.

For bird control, the team installs deterrents such as spikes, netting and anti-access wires, with the company describing its methods as humane and non-harmful. Window cleaning is offered for residential and commercial buildings, including difficult-to-reach areas. The stated service area includes London boroughs and nearby places including Watford, Epsom and Hayes.
