SM LONDON CONSTRUCTION LTD
Home extensions, renovations and loft conversions in London
About SM LONDON CONSTRUCTION LTD
SM London Construction carries out home extensions, renovations and conversions in London and surrounding areas. Its work includes single-storey, rear, side-return, wrap-around and kitchen extensions, alongside loft and garage conversions. The company also runs an in-house architectural design and planning service through The Planning Studio, covering measured surveys, building-regulations drawings, planning applications and interior design.
Established in 2015, the family-run company works with homeowners from an initial property visit and design consultation through a detailed project plan, construction and completion. It works with architects and keeps clients updated through weekly in-person meetings. The team provides a detailed quote within seven days of the consultation and discusses changes before proceeding.
After construction, the team carries out a final clean and walkthrough. It returns two to three weeks later for finishing touches and again after twelve months to touch up paintwork and address hairline cracks. Structural work comes with a 10-year insurance-backed warranty.

What customers say
Shaz and his team worked completely to the timescales that they said, and they were all a pleasure to work with.
The work we had done was a total rebuild with only one wall remaining, we had a double storey extension on both sides of the house, a loft conversion as well as a rear extension
Hired SM London to build a new bathroom for us in our loft, and we're really pleased with the results.
