SimplyEasy Refurbs
Loft conversions, basements and home extensions from a London design and build company.
About SimplyEasy Refurbs
SimplyEasy Refurbs is a London-based design and build company working with homeowners on loft and basement conversions, home extensions and refurbishments. The company says it was founded in 2018 by Sebastian Grayson and Mark Madsen, who set it up to make home projects clearer and more customer-focused. It is family-run, with Sebastian involved in day-to-day work.
The team manages projects in-house and assigns customers a dedicated project manager. Its work includes design, planning, construction and interior finishing, with a network of specialists such as carpenters and architects. The company says supervisors visit loft and extension sites two or three times a week and check weekly stage payments against completed work.
Initial visits, consultations and quotes are free and there is a price-match offer. The company says it provides fixed-price quotes and an insurance-backed guarantee, and that large building work, including renovations and conversions, is guaranteed for ten years. It serves London homeowners and displays projects across the city.
