About Setform Projects Ltd (SFP)
SFP is a building company based in Woodford Green that works on domestic and commercial projects across East London. It undertakes kitchen and bathroom replacements, extensions and home refurbishments, and can include design, architecture, engineering and other specialist work as required.
The company was founded by Bruce Ruggles, who leads the team and manages projects. SFP begins with a meeting to agree the design and budget, then provides a written estimate and timetable. It can work from a client’s plans or help develop a design from scratch.
The team communicates during the project and remains available after completion to address problems. SFP says it carries out the work itself so clients do not need to coordinate multiple contractors, and can help source fixtures, fittings and finishes.
