Sash Window Restoration Solutions
Traditional sash window repairs and restoration in west London
About Sash Window Restoration Solutions
Andy provides an independent repair and restoration service for traditional corded sliding sash windows. Work includes replacing sash cords, freeing painted-up sashes, repairing timber decay and loose joints, fitting draught-proofing, and replacing window latches, lifts and security bolts. The standard service is for windows that remain in reasonable structural condition.
Andy completes the work himself, with an experienced workmate on larger orders. He assesses the job, provides the quote and carries out the repair. Protective covers are used on affected surfaces and belongings, and the workshop uses Festool tools with integrated dust extraction.

What customers say
I had a badly weathered and leaking rotten sash window and sill that might have appeared beyond repair. Andy has a belief in restoring before replacing and after his restoration work my window is as new.
Andy did an excellent job in restoring my sash windows back to full working condition. He was professional and clear on pricing and timescales from the beginning and throughout.
