About Sandbrick Builders
Sandbrick Developments Ltd provides new builds, conversions and refurbishments for homes and commercial properties. The listed residential work includes loft conversions, house extensions, basement construction and full refurbishment. For commercial clients, the company lists fit-outs, office refurbishment and specialist fit-outs for dental surgeries.
The founder, Nauman Latif, began working in property management in 2006 and moved into construction in 2013, according to the company history. Sandbrick says it now manages projects from concept to handover and works with homeowners, landlords, investors and businesses. Its project process can include design and build, planning guidance, site visits and coordination with architects and structural engineers.
The company also offers maintenance and aftercare after completion, including reactive repairs, inspections, plumbing and electrical servicing, painting and general upkeep. Sandbrick says it is fully insured, with public and employer liability cover. Its published experience figures vary between pages, so this profile relies on the dated company history rather than the inconsistent duration claims.
