About SAMOT
SAMOT undertakes building projects including renovations, conversions, extensions, new builds and basements. Its process includes a site visit, a schedule of works, a budget guide, trade surveys, an estimate and a fixed quote.
During projects, SAMOT sends regular financial reports and agrees additional expenditure with the client before work starts. At completion, it inspects the property with the client and supplies building control completion, testing and commissioning certificates, warranties and manuals. Clients hold 2.5% retention for up to six months, after which SAMOT revisits to address defects.
