About Salus Construction Ltd
Salus Construction undertakes residential and commercial construction in London and across the UK. Its residential work includes bespoke homes, extensions, loft conversions, renovations and full refurbishments. Commercial projects include offices, retail, hospitality and specialist facilities.
Owner and director Fayeq Salus has over 30 years’ experience in construction. The company describes renovation and modernisation work for embassies, high commissions and diplomatic residences, where confidentiality and security are important.
Projects begin with a free site visit and consultation, followed by a fixed, itemised quote. The company coordinates vetted subcontractors and oversees the work, then resolves snagging before handover and provides a warranty.
