About SA Builders and Contractors Ltd
SA Builders and Contractors Ltd is a multi-trade construction company serving homeowners, developers and businesses in London and surrounding areas. Its work includes new builds, house extensions, loft conversions, full property renovations and roofing, alongside kitchen and bathroom renovations and property maintenance.
Managing director Skender Perpepaj says he founded the company in June 2003. The business describes its team as including office and site staff, and assigns one dedicated manager to each project as the client’s point of contact. It says it provides regular updates and is available to answer questions throughout the work.
The company says projects range from single-room updates to full builds, with planning, design, construction and finishing handled in-house for extensions and new homes. Its stated handover includes a final walkthrough and relevant certifications and documentation.
