S & M Solutions Ltd is a London design-and-build contractor for residential projects. Founder and Managing Director Safet Mustafaj says he has more than 22 years of construction experience and holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, SMSTS, black CSCS and First Aid at Work. The company says it has completed more than 180 projects since it was founded in 2015. Its process includes design coordination, written scope and estimating, site meetings, a final walkthrough and aftercare.
For Design & Build work, project development is integrated into the process. Site visits and consultations for other project types carry a fee, which the company says is credited to the construction invoice if the project proceeds. S & M Solutions says it is a Federation of Master Builders member and has £5 million of insurance cover.
