About Ropeguys LTD
Ropeguys provides rope access and building maintenance for commercial, residential and managed properties across London. Its work includes high-level window cleaning, brick repointing, roof inspections and localised repairs, façade maintenance, leak investigation and gutter cleaning. The company was established in 2023; members of its operational team have worked in rope access and building maintenance since 2006.
The team assesses each building and task before recommending an access method. Where needed, it surveys access points, anchors, exclusion zones and site constraints, then provides a written scope and quotation. Work can include masonry repairs, sealant replacement, roof-edge work, bird deterrent installation, façade cleaning and confined-space access.
Ropeguys identifies senior team members as IRATA Level 3 Supervisors. It plans work and coordinates site requirements before mobilisation, and can provide photographs and notes on visible defects or further maintenance needs at completion.
