Robbins Construction Ltd
Structural renovation and building in North London and Essex
About Robbins Construction Ltd
Robbins Construction Ltd is a family-led principal contractor based in Woodford Green. It undertakes high-specification residential projects across North London and Essex, including period-property renovation, structural remodelling, extensions, loft conversions, new builds, kitchens, bathrooms and house-to-flats conversions. The company says it commits to one project at a time, with an on-site team and project oversight through to handover.
Led by Omer Robbins, the firm describes more than 45 years of combined heritage. Its work includes planning liaison, groundworks and piling, structural steel, internal fit-out and handover. The company says it coordinates architects, engineers and planning authorities, provides weekly site reports and progress updates, and offers fixed-price tenders once agreed.
The company states that its project managers hold SMSTS accreditation and that it acts as a CDM 2015-compliant Principal Contractor. It says structural works are covered by a 10-year guarantee and that it carries £5 million or more in public and products liability cover, alongside employers’ liability insurance.
