About RM Roofing & Property Ltd
RM Roofing & Property Ltd is a fifth-generation family-run roofing business serving homeowners and business owners across south-west London and nearby areas. Its work ranges from new pitched and flat roofs to repairs, renovations and re-roofing. The company also offers guttering, fascias and soffits, chimney work and loft conversions.
For flat roofs, the team installs felt, GRP, EPDM and other systems for homes, extensions, garages, garden rooms and larger roof areas. It also handles slate and tile roofs, leadwork, roof valleys and emergency repairs. The company says replacement work is fully guaranteed and that it does not use subcontractors.
RM Roofing offers free quotations and call-outs, with no deposits or stage payments. It says quotations are transparent, customers pay no hidden costs, and replacement work is covered by an insured 10–20 year back-up guarantee, subject to payment. It is a member of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors and states that it holds £1m public liability insurance.
