Repair Force

Established in 2006, Repair Force provides appliance repairs, gas work and property maintenance for homeowners, landlords and other clients across London. It says it serves 12,000 customers each year.

Its engineers repair a range of kitchen appliances and undertake boiler work, gas appliance fitting, landlord gas safety checks and power flushing. The property maintenance offer includes plumbing and heating, electrical work, roofing, building, refurbishment, carpentry, decorating, flooring, cleaning and handyman work.

The company has a dedicated London-based call centre. Engineers wear company uniform and carry identification, and the company says all repairs are guaranteed. For new boilers, it surveys the property, provides a quote and includes a 12-month parts and labour warranty, with a further manufacturer guarantee depending on the brand.

Repair Force also delivers and fits new appliances, removes old ones and says it is registered as an authorised waste carrier. Its engineers are Gas Safe registered; the company also lists DASA, WTA, Guild of Master Craftsmen and SafeContractor accreditations, and says its electrical engineers hold NICEIC qualifications.
