Renovati Ltd
Design, construction and carpentry for residential and commercial clients
About Renovati Ltd
Renovati Ltd serves residential and commercial clients with design, construction and carpentry. Its listed work includes extensions, loft conversions, new builds, garages, outbuildings, plumbing, heating, gas and electrical installations, alongside kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows and decorating.
The company was formed in 2015, following construction work as a sole trader from 2005 and property development in the South East from 2009. It assesses requirements, prepares a written quotation and drawings, then carries out the construction work. Planning permission, Building Control drawings and related arrangements can also be supported.
For made-to-measure furniture, the team surveys the room, measures and discusses requirements before providing a quotation and drawing. Furniture is built in its workshop and installed on site. The company says certificates and a completion certificate are provided where applicable.

What customers say
The work was carried out on time and to budget. Andrew was creative in suggesting good and inexpensive solutions to problems which inevitably occur during the course of a building project, and we are both delighted with the outcome.
We have used Renovati building services for many jobs over the last 5 years. These included kitchen and bathroom design and conversions which involved plumbing ,gas and electrical work.
