Rems ltd
Residential and commercial construction across Greater London
About Rems ltd
REMS Development builds and renovates residential and commercial properties across Greater London. Its services include new builds, home extensions, basement and second-level additions, refurbishment, conservation, design and build, planning consultancy and project management. The company also offers landscaping for public and private outdoor spaces.
Managing director Remy Gjokli has more than 15 years’ experience in the building industry and leads a long-standing team of builders. The company says its team includes architects and qualified tradespeople, and has experience with listed and graded buildings. It offers planning support and architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Project managers monitor work on site and provide clients with progress updates, acting as their point of contact for changes and additions. REMS says it plans and manages work to meet the agreed budget and timeframe. For new builds, it says it can arrange cover through a UK build warranty insurer.

What customers say
Once the work had started Remy came to inspect consulting and advising at each stage. The team of builders were professional and clean and completed our shed by the due deadline.
Very prompt, and tidy. Worked on to get the floor put in as quickly as possible for us. Would use again.
He is reliable, helpful, efficient and does what he says he will do and does it on time.
