About Refurb Squad Ltd
Refurb Squad Ltd is a building and refurbishment company founded by Jay Reid in 2014. Its settled crew of three to five tradespeople works on bathrooms, kitchens, extensions, loft conversions, full renovations and commercial fit-outs, as well as plumbing, heating, electrical and roofing projects.
Jay runs projects personally. The company offers fixed-price, itemised written quotes after a site survey, with a quote back within the same week. Jobs are scheduled with staged milestone payments and weekly progress updates from Jay.
Every job carries a written 12-month workmanship guarantee. The company says it arranges building control sign-off where required and provides Gas Safe and Part P certification where applicable. It works across North and West London, including Hampstead, Chiswick, Kensington and Hammersmith.
