Reed Design & Build
Home design, building and refurbishment in Totteridge, London
About Reed Design & Build
Reed Design and Build works on older homes, creating contemporary living spaces. Its projects include kitchen and bathroom modernisation, extensions and loft conversions. The company offers a service from initial conception through to completion.
The team includes designers, CAD technicians and qualified tradespeople. A project begins with a meeting to agree scope and budget, followed by a measured survey and CAD drawings. The design is developed to the client’s specification and budget.
Reed arranges trades and construction sequencing, manages supply and building work, and completes each project with a handover. Where required, it can arrange planning consent, structural engineer calculations and freeholder approval. The company states that new construction work complies with current building control regulations.
