About Rapid Bee Ltd

Rapid Bee is a family-owned construction company serving homeowners across South London. It builds rear, side-return, wraparound, double-storey and kitchen extensions, and also undertakes home renovations and loft conversions. Its extension work includes architectural design and planning, construction, interior finishing and handover.

Renovation work includes full-home projects and kitchen and bathroom remodelling. The company also offers electrical installations, EICR inspections and smart home automation. Its plumbing and heating services include boiler and central heating work, radiator and underfloor heating installation, kitchen and bathroom plumbing, new-build plumbing, gas cooker and hob installation, emergency repairs, and gas safety checks and certificates.

Extension projects use phased construction with regular updates from project managers. The loft conversion process includes an initial consultation, design and planning, construction and post-completion support. Adam Slanciauskas is Managing Director and Saulius Barzdonas is Contracts Manager.

What customers say

We had a large loft conversion built by Rapid Bee who did a great job for us from start to finish. The company came recommended and I would have no problem in recommending them.

Customer

I cannot recommend Adam, Saul and their comprehensive team highly enough.

Customer in Greater London

We used Rapid Bee for a major refurbishment of our downstairs, including structural works, a new kitchen, and all associated trades. We are very happy with Adam, Saul and the team.
